REGISTRATION AND FINAL SUBMISSION

Submission of the final version of the paper(s) is expected untill June 30, 2009. In revising and submitting your final version of the paper(s) please remember the following:

1. Revise your paper carefully by taking into account Reviewers’ comments and hints. For editing your paper, use the IFAC meeting packages available on Workshop website as well as on the IFAC website (http://www.ifac-control.org/events/information-for-ifac-authors).
Send as a single archive (either .zip or .rar file) the paper in PDF format and also, all the source files needed to produce the PDF (Latex/Word, figures, tables etc).

2. Fill up, print, put your handwriting signature, scan and e-mail the scanned file of the copyright transfer form together with your paper final form package. The copyright transfer form can be downloaded from the following web address

The original signed copyright transfer form must be sent by ordinary mail to the Workshop’s Editor-in-Chief at the following address:

The last resort would be to bring it personally at the workshop.

3. Register according to the instructions found on Workshop’s website.
Please note that payment of one registration/paper is compulsory for publication and please remember the deadline June 15, 2009 for early (reduced rate) registration.
